Dr. Verma is a board certified Psychiatrist, with twenty years of experience in treating mild to severely mentally ill patients. She has worked in both an inpatient setting, as well as a community outpatient set up.

Dr. Verma  has expertise in treating people with mood disorders (Depression and Bipolar disorder), Anxiety disorders (Panic disorder, Generalized anxiety disorder, Social phobia), ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia spectrum disorders, behavioral  problems in Autism spectrum disorders, Women's mental health, as well as Alcohol use disorder. She has a special interest in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Schizo-Obsessive patients.

Dr. Verma's approach is an integrated one, with a huge emphasis to treat the patient as a whole. Dr. Verma will be coordinating care with patient's PCP, Neurologist, Nutritionist and Psychologist, as needed, on a regular basis.
